The zinc oxide lightning arrester tester under UHV power can help many power workers conduct various power tests more conveniently.
The zinc oxide lightning arrester tester is a specialized instrument used to test the electrical performance of lightning arresters. This instrument is suitable for detecting the live or power-off status of lightning arresters of various voltage levels, and promptly detecting dangerous defects such as equipment insulation moisture and valve aging.
This device is simple and easy to use. During the entire measurement process controlled by the industrial computer, all measured currents, resistance currents and their harmonics MOA, frequency reference voltages and their harmonics, active power and phase, actual voltage, and large screen current waveforms. The instrument adopts digital waveform analysis, and the harmonic analysis results are accurate. The digital filtering software stabilizes the interference method, accurately analyzes the basic harmonic content of 3-7 times, overcomes the interference phase, and correctly measures the resistance current phase of the lightning arrester.
In the event of a power outage in the transformer, please first connect the instrument to the reliable grounding wire of the test transformer, then connect the current test wire (the yellow, green, and yellow wires of the three core wire are connected to the lower end respectively) (three zinc oxide lightning arresters), and finally connect the withstand voltage test wire (the yellow, green, and red wires of the four core wires are connected to one end of the transformer measurement winding, and the black wire is connected to the other end of the transformer measurement winding, paying attention to the direction, if the direction cannot be aligned).
Combined with the current testing line, first, according to the magnitude of the current, the current testing line reaches the upper limit range of "0-2mA" or ">2mA" of the host (the standard curve of 2-10mA is>2mA), and then the MOA at the other end of the method is reduced. The method of connecting the voltage test line is to first connect the instrument, and then connect the transformer test winding. After checking the correct wiring, slowly increase the voltage to the working voltage of the zinc oxide lightning arrester, and then operate the instrument to start testing.
Software settings:
Current range: Select the corresponding current range setting based on the host panel.
Synchronization method: Select "wired synchronization" or "wireless synchronization", and choose "three-phase voltage" as the voltage method. Wired synchronization, please connect the communication cable between the two machines, do not connect the antennas of the two machines; Wireless synchronization, please connect the antennas of the two machines together. The signal line may not be connected, and the long-distance antenna can be pulled up or attached to other casings of the device.
PT ratio: measured based on the turns ratio of the input test transformer (the ratio of the high-voltage winding to the measured winding). For example, a 50kV test transformer measures a winding (instrument end) of 100V, with a value set to 50kV: 100V=500.
When conducting single-phase or two-phase tests using this connection method, only the corresponding test line is connected, and the remaining lines are suspended.
