It can also display output waveforms and print test reports.
1. Before using the instrument, first observe whether the appearance of the instrument is damaged. After powering on, check if the instrument head displays properly and if the display is complete. For instruments that have not been used for a long time, check if the output terminal is corroded or aged. Otherwise, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner before use. Please refer to the "Usage Operation" method when using.
2. TheVLF hipot testeris a precision electronic instrument that cannot be opened arbitrarily. When opening it, we must take relevant protective measures to prevent external damage.
3. Prevent dust from blowing into the VLF hipot tester, causing short circuits and other reasons. Causing damage to the ultra-low frequency high voltage generator due to battery charging.
4. After each experiment, clean the wires on the instrument terminals, turn off the power, disconnect the power plug, cover the computer case, and place it in a dry, dust-free, ventilated, and non corrosive gas room.
5. The fuse tube of theVLF hipot testeris connected to the power socket of the instrument as a whole. When replacing it, the power cord should be unplugged first, and the fuse should be pulled out from above with a small flat screwdriver
6. The VLF hipot tester should be operated to avoid damage caused by moisture and other factors.
7. When the VLF hipot tester is not in use for a long time, the battery inside should be removed. Avoid long-term use, which may cause internal discharge and damage to the ultra-low frequency high voltage generator. In our regular operation process, we should replace the battery at least once a year. To prevent the battery from affecting the operation of the VLF hipot tester and causing problems.
8. Avoid high temperatures, short battery life, component melting, and other issues.
9.VLF hipot testerhas not been used for a long time. When we need to use it, we need to check the voltage withstand test, whether the data values are accurate, and whether the insulation rod is normal.
