    Thevariable frequency series resonance test deviceis a high-capacity high-voltage sample withstand voltage test equipment that adopts the principle of LCR series resonance circuit. For a high-voltage equipment enterprise such as a test transformer, there are strict technical development requirements in its application, but its completion time is generally limited by the test transformer, which cannot meet the high-voltage requirements of large capacity test samples.  


    The inverter series vibration testing device generally consists of an inverter source, excitation variables, resistors (multiple), voltage molecules, and may also have compensating capacitors under special conditions.  


    The on-site management and use of the variable frequency series resonance test device requires students to follow their own requirements for network connection: connect the output of the variable frequency source to the input of the excitation transformer, and select the voltage output (multiple voltage outputs) of the excitation transformer as a voltage output joint to connect to the bottom interface of the reactor. The reactor can be connected in series, parallel, and series parallel according to different enterprises of the test sample. The specific combination development method can be guided by the technical research plan of variable frequency series resonance, or consulted with information technology service personnel. Without cooperative learning, the combination error of the reactor will affect the variable frequency series resonance test equipment and cause it to be unable to boost voltage, which will lead to the inability to complete the test in a timely manner. Therefore, the combination of the reactor is the key factor in whether the test can be successfully completed and also the difficulty of series resonance. The top of the combined reactor is connected to the top of the voltage divider, and the voltage signal interface at the bottom of the voltage divider is connected to the frequency conversion source signal interface. Finally, connect the grounding terminal of the variable frequency source, the grounding terminal of the excitation transformer (which may include the high-voltage tail), and the grounding terminal of the voltage divider to the system grounding. Connect the high voltage at the top of the voltage divider or reactor to the sample to complete the withstand voltage test operation.


    The variable frequency source is connected to the power supply, which can be three-phase AC380V or single 220V. However, when we use 220V, the capacity and voltage of the entire enterprise series resonance withstand voltage test detection device are generally halved. It is recommended to use a 380V power supply to avoid students being unable to complete relevant tests due to the halving of environmental capacity. Whether 220V can be used can be calculated based on the sample, and customers can consult technical personnel for learning. After the variable frequency source is powered on, click on the parameters to set and enter the system interface. Students only need to set the voltage and time of the test according to the requirements of the withstand voltage test. They can return to the main interface, click on automatic control test, click on start to pass the test, and the instrument will analyze and automatically find harmonics, boost voltage, timing, and reduce voltage. We need teachers to observe nearby without intervention. In emergency situations, the emergency stop button can be used to avoid information security production accidents caused by staff management.  


    The on-siteseries resonant withstand voltage test devicerequires a large amount of theoretical basis and calculation, which can reduce unnecessary operations and improve work efficiency. Both reactors and voltage dividers need to be placed firmly to avoid external environmental factors such as wind causing them to tilt and resulting in information security production accidents. The series resistance voltage testing device is generally designed to operate at full load for one hour. When operating at full load, it does not operate continuously. After one hour of operation, it needs to wait for the heat of the resistor to decrease before it can be used again.
